Clinical Coordination

Clinical Review & Referral Coordination

StemCellor coordinates physician review and appointment planning with licensed physicians and medical institutions in Japan, matched to your individual case. This page explains how that coordination works, and what to expect before any treatment is confirmed.

Coordination Team

Our team handles the operational side of your care journey — not diagnosis, not treatment decisions. Here's what StemCellor's coordination actually covers:

A private consultation coordination meeting with documents reviewed around a warm clinic table
Intake Coordination
Reviewing your inquiry, understanding your goals, and identifying the right next step before anything else is arranged.
Medical Record Preparation
Helping you organize your history, current medications, and prior test results into a format a physician can review efficiently.
Language Support
Coordinating in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, so language is never a barrier between you and the physician reviewing your case.
Scheduling Support
Arranging consultation times and, where a visit to Japan is involved, coordinating around a realistic treatment timeline.
Travel-Aware Planning
Factoring in what an international patient actually needs — timing, logistics, and follow-up — around the medical plan, not instead of it.

External Licensed Physicians

StemCellor coordinates access to licensed physicians and medical institutions in Japan. The physicians involved in a patient's care may be external to StemCellor and are confirmed case by case based on medical suitability, availability, and the treatment being considered. Final eligibility and treatment decisions are made by the examining physician, not by StemCellor's coordination team.

StemCellor's coordination team supports scheduling, medical record preparation, and logistics. It does not diagnose conditions, determine treatment suitability, or guarantee access to any specific physician or outcome.

How Matching Works

Why patients look to Japan is not a name list. It is the review standard.

Rather than publishing famous physician profiles or implying guaranteed access to a specific doctor, StemCellor explains the criteria used when preparing a case for physician review in Japan.

01
Relevant clinical focus
The physician or medical institution considered must be relevant to the treatment area being reviewed, not selected for name recognition alone.
02
Appropriate regulatory setting
Where regenerative medicine is involved, the treatment setting and review process must be considered in light of Japanese regulatory requirements.
03
Case-by-case availability
Appointment options depend on the patient's medical background, the treatment under consideration, and whether an appropriate consultation slot can be confirmed.
04
Language and travel fit
For international patients, communication format, travel timing, documentation, and follow-up feasibility are part of the coordination review.
StemCellor does not publish third-party physician photographs or biographies unless permission and the exact relationship are confirmed. Specific names are shared only when appropriate for an individual case.

What to Expect

01
Share Your Medical Background
Submit your relevant history, current medications, and what you're hoping to explore — this is the starting point for any review.
02
Coordination Team Prepares Your Case
We organize your information into a format a physician can review, and identify which type of consultation may be appropriate.
03
Physician Review Is Arranged
Where appropriate, a consultation with a licensed physician is arranged — the specific physician and format are confirmed based on your case.
04
Plan and Quote Confirmed After Assessment
A treatment plan and cost estimate are only confirmed after a physician has reviewed your case — never before.
Specific physician names, medical institutions, and appointment availability are shared only after your case has been reviewed and the relevant details confirmed — they are not published in advance or guaranteed.
Private Case Review

Let us understand the case before anyone recommends a plan.

Share your goals, medical background, and travel window. StemCellor will help organize the next step around physician review, realistic expectations, timing, and reference cost.

Direct messaging channels are still being confirmed — for now, start through the international patient guide.
