If a receiving provider decides not to proceed or cannot offer further consultation, that decision is communicated through the relevant provider process. Not every inquiry proceeds, and no appointment or treatment is guaranteed.
06What happens after I return home?
Any follow-up arrangements are determined by the receiving provider. They do not replace local emergency care — for urgent symptoms, seek care from a local medical provider first.
